Privately insured patients for initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment and home exercise plan	£46.00
Subsequent follow up appointment:	£43.50
Self-paying patients initial assessment, diagnosis and treatment and subsequent follow up appointments:	£40.00
Domiciliary Visits:	£55.00
On-site physiotherapy service in local companies:	£50.00 per hour
Workplace assessment and report:	£95.00
